 Karl holds a BSc of Mining Engineering, his work as a Mine Engineer includes, Hecla Mining, Sunshine Mining, Solvay Minerals in Green River, Wy.,  also Soldier Creek Coal in Price, Utah.  Karl was crushed in a mine accident and had a 10% chance to live.  So after Loretta had been in Real Estate for many years Karl decided to join her when Hecla layed off 147 miners in 2002, Karl decided then was the time to join his wife in Real Estate in North Idaho.  A decision which he has put his heart into and loves helping clients to find their New Home or in Selling a Home, Business, land, etc. 

 Amanda Hartman  joined The Hartman Team when she was 18 , she would have joined sooner but you have to have a GED or a diploma.
